Comes with Outdoor Cover, and Outdoor transformer.
Yoke or By Pass ( 1265 Performa ) and / or Adapter tails are
all Optional items sold Separately.... ( see Related Products )
Most people are ordering "replacement" valve of same type,
so we do not INCLUDE these connections with the Valve.
You must order them in addition to the actual valve, if you need them. Here's a few of the key features of the 268 valve:
* Single motor provides all the power to turn camshaft - no solenoids are needed!
* Unique camshaft / flapper valve design - no dynamic seals (such as piston and seal or rotary discs) that could cause leakage through wear or fatigue.
* Built-in brine control valve - no external brine float needed!
* Direct acting system functions independent of water pressure. No pistons or diaphragms that require a minimum water pressure to operate.
* Valve may be indexed manually without power in the event of an extended power outage.
5 year parts warranty, owners/service manual, and our technical support number included with each new valve.
NOTE: The Performa 268 Softener REQUIRES an Air Check in the Brine Tank, unlike the Autotrol 155 or 255 which usually have an Air Check on the Valve.

Copy of complete Owners Manual for Logix 760 ( 255 or 268 valves ).
And the distance between the " dead center" of each connections is 5 inches.
And the bottom of the connections is 2 inches from the top of tank opening.
Difference between 760 and 762 primarily is
the 762 Logix has slight more "control" over 2 settings ( not general necessary for standard installations / applications )
