Stainless Steel Domed shaped Screen for AIO on 3/8" tube.

Includes the internal check valve in the brass fitting that screws into the Fleck 5600 Valve Body.

A screen ( and check valve ) used on the Brine Connection to "draw" the AIR into the tank ( during the "suction" cycle ).

There are many different "Styles" of "screen" used, this is one of them.

The only "purpose" of this brine check valve is to prevent a little water from squirting out as the valve returns to IN SERVICE portion,

as the valve ends the Regeneration process.

It is not "holding" the air in the tank.

Your internal SEALS ( and piston ), Plus Inlet Check Valve, are what holds the air in the tank.
