New longer SCREW ( 7338111 ) = 1 3/8" in length and used with Plastic "cup" Motormount - Newer ( starting around 2015 ) used with Valve Cover PN 7337466 ( not previous version which was 7085263 ),
used on New Sears Models.
Where the metal plate ( older versions ) is no longer used.

Screws used in previous models with the DC motor ( 7281291 / 7286039 ) were only 1" long.
So, you may need to re-use your screws or order this longer replacement when ordering the DC ( black rectangular ) motor.
