Most In Stock items usually ship the same business day if ordered before 3 p.m. EST by U.S. Mail, or FedEx Ground ( heavy items ).
We offer a FLAT Rate of $ 9.95 shipping and handling for USA shipments ( Canadian Postage rates are higher, and based on weight and destination address).
The reason for our minimum FLAT rate is to help cover the cost of shipping small parts orders ( see this below
for more details ).
And we built the true cost of shipping larger heavy items into the cost of the items ( same as other companies that offer "free ship" ... since it's not really "free").

or for faster delivery.
You can also select FedEx for deliveries in USA include Alaska & Hawaii ( Next Day Standard or Priority, 2nd Day, and Express ( which is 3rd Day ) delivery, or Ground ).
Note: Money Back Guarantee, has been suspended for both FedEx and UPS since March 2020 due to the pandemic.

Warning --- FedEx Express, 2nd Day, and Overnight shipments normally are NOT delivered on the Weekends,
nor do Saturday & Sunday count in the days until delivery.
This means a 2nd Day shipment on Thursday does not arrive until Monday. Friday shipments arrive on the following Tuesday.
Overnight on Friday arrives on Monday.

FedEx Ground ( USA only ) service does deliver on the weekends ( Saturday and in some places Sunday ) in major metropolitan areas.
If you live out in the "sticks", you may not have any weekend delivery available.

not pay for it ( select Check or Money Order )
and request in "order notes" that we call you to UPDATE your payment method ( and type that credit card information into the computer here to send to Authorized.net ( the gateway ) for processing...
via Chase Paymentech ( merchant account processor )...
via the Bank the Card was issued from ..
then it becomes "Paid" when the authorization code comes back...
( Note: Billing address on the order needs to match the credit card, but the order can be sent to a different Shipping address ).

*** MINIMUM S & H fee Explanation:

* Our minimum standard shipping and handling is to help cover the many costs of processing even the smallest order as items under $ 20.00 include very little "profit".
We have many expenses that add up.
This includes postage for "package" ( current minimum = $ 3.80 one ounce, not envelope rate ) with delivery confirmation ( or FedEx ground which is even more ), the bubbled envelope ( or box we use ), the thermal label, the payment processing fees ( Credit cards run about $ 1.00 minimum ) including shopping "cart" fees ( combined average 5% ), and last but not least is labor ( averaging $ 3.40 labor cost per order shipped ).
Even the smallest of items cost us at least $ 9.00 to process and ship.

Without the minimum, it would not be profitable to sell small parts or fill low cost single item orders.
We would need to have a minimum order size ( as most of our suppliers have ) such as $ 30, $ 50, or $ 100.
Or "inflate" the cost of smaller items ( as some of our competitors have done, who offer "free shipping" - Note shipping is not really free for anyone ), which would not be fair to our customers who purchase larger quantities of these small items.

*** Shipping Delays and Tracking Information:

If your order is not received in 7 - 10 days, or no tracking progress is shown online, there are several possible reasons for this.

DOMESTIC ( USA ) First Class Mail orders normally arrive in 7 days or less, but are occasionally ( less than 1/2 % ) "mis-sent" ( routed incorrectly ) by the Post Office, or delivered to the wrong address ( if delivery shows, but you don't have the package, please contact your postal delivery person and / or the post office for assistance. There is nothing we can do from our end ).
Also, NOTE, small items are shipped in a Bubbled Envelope, and only items over 1 pound would be in a Box.
Typically the Postal Service will correct their error in 3 - 7 business days.
If item is not received and tracking not showing movement closer to destination after 2 weeks,
please contact us ( Email [email protected] ) for possible re-ship of your order.

  • Tracking is usually updated on the next business day after it ships
  • Please Allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be active and current with the carrier.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you had chosen standard shipping, and your carrier is USPS:
    • The postal service does not scan the package at every stop.
    • Many times they do not scan it for a couple of days, or even until it reaches the destination city.
    • The route the postal service takes to ship packages does not always seem logical.
    • Standard delivery time can be in as little as one day to sometimes a week or so.

INTERNATIONAL 
The delay in arrival may be due to fact the package must go through CUSTOMS in destination country,
and / or the need for a TAX to be collected upon delivery ( most countries have some type of VAT that applies to orders above a set value ).
This was NOT included in the price you paid us. It is a tax imposed and collected by your country.
So, if your package has not arrive within 14 days of shipping, you should contact your Forwarding Service ( not us ) about your package.
