# 1 Shipping and Placing Order Questions: How to, When, How Long, From Where, What Methods

You must place order ONLINE and we must receive Payment before order will be processed or shipped.
You can Create an Order ( or Quote ) in online CART, and send payment later, but again, nothing is processed or shipped until payment received.

NO ACCOUNT required, but once you have placed your first order, we will have you entered under your email address for future reference.
And if you choose to enter a password, you will be able to LOG IN to your account later ( if no password entered, your account will be as a "guest" and you will NOT be able to LOG IN to see your records online in the future ).

NOTE: We do not retain the payment information ( credit card number ).
So, you must enter payment information each time you place an order.
We can change or ADD to an order only before it is Shipped.

We Do Not sell Used, Rebuilt or Refurbished Products.

In Stock Items ship the same business day if ordered before 3 p.m. EST by U.S. Mail, or FedEx Ground ( heavy items ).
We offer a FLAT Rate of $ 6.60 shipping and handling for USA shipments ( International Postage rates are higher, and based on weight and destination address ).
The reason for our minimum FLAT rate is to help cover the cost of shipping small parts orders ( see this
FAQ article "Minimum" for more details ).
And we built the true cost of shipping larger heavy items into the cost of the items ( same as other companies that offer "free ship" ... since it's not really "free" ).

You can select Priority Mail ( 2 - 5 day delivery ),
or for faster delivery.
You can also select FedEx for deliveries in USA include Alaska & Hawaii ( Next Day Standard or Priority, 2nd Day, and Express ( which is 3rd Day ) delivery, or Ground ).

Note: We can not ship using your account, so you must pay the shipping charge as shown on Check Out Page.

International Orders Welcomed ( weighing less than 30 lbs.).
We offer Shipping by First Class ( 1 - 6 weeks delivery time depending on country ), but only allowed on orders weighing less than 2 lbs.
Express Air Mail ( 5 - 10 days delivery depending on country ).
For tracking of package outside USA, you must select Express Mail option.

For a QUOTE simply place items in your "Shopping Cart", then fill out your ship to address.

NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Tax Due upon receipt.
In many countries you will be required to pay an Import or VAT duty upon delivery.
This is NOT included in the price you pay us.
It is a tax imposed and collected by your country.

************* Payments Online are more Secure than over the phone -

If you give us the credit card information over the phone, than that call could be intercepted easier than if the encrypted method used online,
We are just going to type the numbers into the same online ordering system for processing ( same as if you entered from your computer ).

Nothing is "gained" by using the phone.
Both time and security are lost. technically COULD place an order online..
not pay for it ( select Check or Money Order )
and request in "order notes" that we call you to UPDATE your payment method ( and type that credit card information into the computer here to send to ( the gateway ) for processing...
via Chase Paymentech ( merchant account processor )...
via the Bank the Card was issued from ..
then it becomes "Paid" when the authorization code comes back...
( Note: Billing address on the order needs to match the credit card, but the order can be sent to a different Shipping address ).
