This is the Hankscraft Backwash Only ( similar and replacement for Fleck 5600 Backwash ) Valve Body Lower Section , includes Filter Main Piston 60102-10, Top Tank and Distributor orings, Drain Module without Injector or screen ports ( this unit is built with Drain Port Only ), and ( 4 ) O-rings used on Adapter Couplers ( oring pn 13305 ).
* Assuming you are re-using your existing "adapters". If you want / require new ones, then order PN 341922801 ( shown as a related product below ).
NOTE: Uses 1.05" distributor ( standard size for over 25 years ).
Easily mount your existing ( Fleck 5600 or Hankscraft ) Power Head to this new lower valve body.
IF your old valve used the 13/16" Distributor, you will need to purchase a new 1.05" Bottom Distributor ( MD1236 ) or the 13/16" Tube Insert Bushing ( AP1001986 ).
If your current valve uses an Upper ( top ) Distributor, you should purchase a new one ( MD1203 ) for this new Valve Body.
Also, if you need a new Bottom Distributor, you would need to order that as a separate item ( MD1236 ), as none is included with the "Valve Body Lower Section".
We will need to know your Tank Diameter to be able to install the proper DLFC ( drain line flow control ) button for you.
* If backwashing Birm or Calcite, or Katalox Light, then select "diameter Filter Backwash".This is NOT for Greensand "iron filter" application, as there is no brine valve piston ( nor any way to install one on this version ).
