Seals ( Silicone ) and Spacers Kit ( 60129-10 or new part number 60129-20 and 601029-30 ) for Fleck 2850 Valve. What is the difference between the two seal sets ( 60129 and 60129-10,20,30 )? * The cheaper one ( 60129 ) has brass spacers that don't hold up as well ( or as long ) as the plastic version. Also the material used to make the Seals in this Kit are a better grade ( 559PE ).Smart Dealers always use the more expensive version to avoid "call backs".Are there any specialty tools that I would need in order to rebuild this valve head myself?** There is an expensive stuffer tool ( Stuffer Assembly 2850 and 9500 - 16516 ), but since your valve is "large" ( 1 1/2" bore ), you should be able to "set" the parts with your fingers ( especially if you remove the piping connection at the rear of the valve body ).Includes ( 5 ) Plastic Spacers - PN 16638( 6 ) Seals, 559 PE, PN 11720-01After additional testing, we found that the seal used in -20 kits is as good as the chemical resistant seal used in -30 kits, eliminating the need to keep both. Starting May 21, 2018 there will only be one plastic spacer kit part number. The -20 kits will include the EPDM seals and the list price will be lowered to match the -30. At the same time the -30 will become obsolete in our system.
