Description

Complete Feeder Tank with Float Pickup Assembly.
5 gallons total volume.
Includes 4 ft 3/8" tubing, grid, felt pad and float assembly in a small brine well.
And based on float setting, will use 2 - 4 oz Potassium Permanganate Feed per regeneration.
Color is now Black ( use to come in Blue or Almond ).

And the Float in the Feeder typically allows enough water in the tank to "touch" the potassium permanganate above the Grid Platform,

and Dissolve around 2 ounces per regeneration ( from the 2 gallons of water added / removed each cycle ).

Also used as a chlorine feeder tank for Carbon Filter and Katalox Light applications.
* When used with a tank filled with Carbon or Katalox, you dose ( add to feeder ) with common chlorine bleach or Hydrogen Peroxide ( 7% strength ) once a month ( that is enough for average applications ) in the amount of 1/2 to 1 gallon ( added to the 2 gallons of water that will normally be in the tank, as added by the Control Valve each time the unit cycles and washes it's self ).
