Shipping and Placing Order Questions: How to, When, How Long, From Where, What Methods
Please be aware that FedEx and UPS are no longer guaranteeing their delivery time.You must place order ONLINE and we must receive Payment before order will be processed or shipped.
They no longer refund when the shipment is late.
Therefore, we will not be able to provide refunds for late shipments.
We do our best to ship on time, and ship using the method ( and speed ) requested at time of purchase.
We have no control ( and are therefore not responsible ) for the delivery "service".
We ship over 1,000 packages per month, and all the carriers have delays ( or make mistakes in routing ) in package delivery from time to time ( at least 1% of shipments, so we see this at least 10 times per month ).
In the past, we were able to get a refund or partial refund from the carriers, but since the whole COVID-19 thing started, we have not.
You can Create an Order ( or Quote ) in online CART, and send payment later, but again, nothing is processed or shipped until payment received.
NO ACCOUNT required, but once you have placed your first order, we will have you entered under your email address for future reference.
And if you choose to enter a password, you will be able to LOG IN to your account later ( if no password entered, your account will be as a "guest" and you will NOT be able to LOG IN to see your records online in the future ).
NOTE: We do not retain the payment information ( credit card number ).
So, you must enter payment information each time you place an order.
We can change or ADD to an order only before it is Shipped.

We have many expenses that add up.
This includes postage for "package" ( current minimum = $ 2.84 one ounce, not envelope rate ) with delivery confirmation ( or FedEx ground which is even more ), the bubbled envelope ( or box we use ), the thermal label, the payment processing fees ( Credit cards run about $ 1.00 minimum ) including shopping "cart" fees ( combined average 5% ), and last but not least is labor ( averaging $ 2.40 labor cost per order shipped ).
Even the smallest of items cost us at least $ 5.00 to process and ship.
Without the minimum, it would not be profitable to sell small parts or fill low cost single item orders.
We would need to have a minimum order size ( as most of our suppliers have ) such as $ 30, $ 50, or $ 100.
Or "inflate" the cost of smaller items ( as some of our competitors have done, who offer "free shipping" - Note shipping is not really free for anyone ), which would not be fair to our customers who purchase larger quantities of these small items.
*** Shipping Delays and Tracking Information:
If your order is not received in 7 - 10 days, or no tracking progress is shown online, there are several possible reasons for this.
DOMESTIC ( USA ) First Class Mail orders normally arrive in 7 days or less, but are occasionally ( less than 1/2 % ) "mis-sent" ( routed incorrectly ) by the Post Office, or delivered to the wrong address ( if delivery shows, but you don't have the package, please contact your postal delivery person and / or the post office for assistance. There is nothing we can do from our end ).
Also, NOTE, small items are shipped in a Bubbled Envelope, and only items over 1 pound would be in a Box.
Typically the Postal Service will correct their error in 3 - 7 business days.
If item is not received and tracking not showing movement closer to destination after 2 weeks,
please contact us ( Email firstname.lastname@example.org ) for possible re-ship of your order.
INTERNATIONAL First Class Mail can often take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive.
And the customs number on the package will only show the package was shipped, and sometimes show last sorting before leaving the USA.
No other tracking is available.
This method is NOT Recommended for time sensitive orders, nor for any items that weigh over 1 pound ( and requiring shipping in a box, instead of bubbled envelope ).
The delay in arrival may be due to fact the package must go through CUSTOMS in destination country,
and / or the need for a TAX to be collected upon delivery ( most countries have some type of VAT that applies to orders above a set value ).
This was NOT included in the price you paid us. It is a tax imposed and collected by your country.
So, if your package has not arrive within 14 days of shipping, you should contact your local Postal Service about your package.
There is nothing we can do to assist from our end.
