• DO YOU WORK WITH 3RD PARTY SHIPMENTS?   

* No 

• Do you have Idea How much would be for this shipping..?   

* In stock items ship in 1 business day. Back orders take about 2 weeks. 

• We Buy For RESALE, Do you accept RESALE CERTIFICATES?     

* If you are tax exempt we would require you to create an account, and send us your Resale Certificate before placing the order to avoid being charge State Sales Tax.

• What is your Lead Time?     

In stock, 1 day. Back Order usually 2 weeks. 

• What is your order processing time?     

* Same day before 3 p.m. EST 

• How long after your processing time, do we receive the tracking number   

* Tracking number is emailed immediately  after shipping label is created. 

• Do you have a minimum purchase amount?     

* No 

• Do you charge credit card processing fees?  If so, how much?  

* No additional fee, and we prefer / expect to be paid by credit card. 
For orders over $ 1,000 we can provide you with bank transfer information after your order is placed.

• What are your Freight rates and/or shipping & handling cost?     

* The methods / rates are quoted IN CART when you provide the location ( State / Zip Code ).

• Do you charge any others fees (examples: hazardous material, tariffs, etc.)? 

* No. We don't ship hazardous materials, and tariffs amounts are either included in the item price or the shipping when using FedEx International Priority to Canada ).
And generally tarriffs, taxes and duties are collected at the recieving end of International ( outside the USA ) shipments.
