Puronics is the newest name used for the old Ionics ( older General Ionics ) BRAND.

A popular softener model they sell / install is the Puronics Hydronex iGen30B

The Puronics uses a proprietary control board, but it is very similar in operation to the Clack WS1 board.

This is because the rear valve body is made by Clack Corporation.

So many of the Valve Body parts ( Spacer Stack Assembly, Pistons, Injectors, Drain Elbow, Bypass, and piping adapters ),

are Available from most any water treatment dealer who handles Clack products.

* NOTE: If your board is "blank", it may just be the Transformer ( PN V3186-06 ), so check that first.

If the actual control Board has failed, you MUST get that from Puronics.

** For assistance with your Puronics product ( especially if still under warranty ),

you should contact the local dealer who installed the system.
