No Automatic Run - But will if manually started
Things to check if the Valve will operate when manually started,
but not automatically start on it's own.
12 Day Timer,
Check:
A ) Timer motor bad
B ) Skipper Wheel pins not pushed out ( or staying pushed out ) all the way.
C ) Actuator Arm is damaged.
D ) The Main Gear is damaged ( missing the "overhang teeth" on the gear )
** If Metered power head,
Then you'll check
Meter Cover, not counting the water used
