General Ionics
Only a few of the parts made for "Fleck" valves are interchangeable.
Many key parts of the valve ( like main piston and seal kit ) are proprietary, and available only from a General Ionics dealer.
NOTE: Their new name is Puronics.
If your By Pass is leaking, we can supply the inner By Pass Seal Gasket to repair it.
The tank will not accept any "standard" valve, as the thread size is different ( unique to their brand ).
The Ionics tank has smaller opening and finer thread, and will ONLY work with another General Ionics valve.
Purchase a New Media TANK, and a new VALVE ( any Fleck ) and you can re-use the media ( Resin ) and the Brine Tank from the old Ionics system.

NOTE: While the Valve may resemble the Fleck 2500 or 2510 ( front power head controls ), the "bore" size is LARGER, and that is why Fleck Pistons and / or Seals Kits will NOT fit.
And because of the proprietary connections used, neither the full Fleck By Pass, Meter Module body, nor the 1600 Brine Valve Piston assembly we sell for Fleck model will work with an Ionics valve.
* However, if the "meter cover" has failed, that cap can be replaced, see: PN 14038
Again -- those parts are proprietary and we can NOT provide them.
You will need to get those parts from a Puronics Dealer in your area ( or upgrade your complete Valve Head and TANK to "standard" sizes used with most other valves / brands ).
Below is the Proprietary Ionics Brine Valve - NOT to be confused with the Fleck 60029 ( threaded connections ) version.
The Main Pistons and Seals Kit are an odd size ( larger than 2510, yet smaller then 2850 ),
and therefore ONLY available from Ionics Dealers. We can not provide these.
