Seals the "port" to the nozzle venturi from the INSIDE of the Valve Body. NOTE: New figure 8 o-ring will seem a little large compared to the old one being replaced, but there is only one size, so it does fit in all valve bodies, regardless of the model number.Install: Beveled side down.The trick is to be sure that the groove and o-ring are grease ( silicone ) free, before inserting, then grease the top of o-ring before re-assembly. It is recommended to replace all the internal Seal orings and gaskets at the same time, and not just this one oring.
