1/4" female thread x 3/8" compression elbow ( 4564NO ).
Most commonly used on New Autotrol Air Check for some late model 155 and all 255 Valves.
Older ( pre-1993 ) model 155 uses a male 1/4" x 3/8" compressure fitting ( our PN JF4064NO
For use with 3/8" O.D. tubing, most commonly used to connect Valve to Salt Tank. NOTE: Be sure to use Teflon Tape or similar product ( like our Lock Leak ) on the male Threads of the part you are attaching to ( where the female fitting must thread on to ).
It is NECESSARY. Or it WILL leak. This is normally used to attach to Autotrol Air Check, Autotrol Brine connection, or some thread tubes used in some Brine Tanks ( or Potassium Feeder Tanks ).
But do not use Teflon Tape on the compression Nut end ( on those male threads ), as the tubing seal is created by tightening the nut as far as possible ( compressing the nut's inner ferrule around the tubing ), and not the threaded portion.
NOTE: Fittings Measurements Different Then Expected ( 1/4 and 3/8 fittings )
