Turbine Meter and Support Assembly for Sears, GE ( WS19X10006 ), North Star part # 7113040 Kit
Besides turbine and Support, this kit Includes ( 2 ) clips, 7116713, ( 2 ) o-rings, 7170288, silicone and directions.
This is part # 49 in our diagram.


Sears part # 4020004 or # 7117858 refers to just the "turbine",
and part # 2204101 refers to the "shaft support".
The combined "Assembly" is call part # 7113040.

Instructions:
Place valve into By Pass position ( or shut water off ).
Manually advance ( using recharge button ) the softener valve to the backwash position to depressurize the system.
Pull out the 2 clips holding the softener valve inlet and outlet ports.
Locate and remove the old turbine & support assembly from inside the softener valve's outlet port.
Insert the new turbine & support assembly into the softener valve's outlet port.
Reconnect inlet and outlet ports and replace 2 clips.
Place the By Pass valve into the service ( normal operation ) position to restore water to system.
Push the recharge button to return the softener valve to the service ( normal operation ) position. ( positions are marked on the Cam Gear that the Motor drives ).
If the system has not properly regenerated ( recharged ) it's self lately, and the water is hard, then you may want hold the Recharge Now button to have your system regenerate the resins.
